Is there a fee for using the service?

You don't need to pay any subscription fee for using NexTA for Biz.
Small & Pre-Fixed handling fees will be charged for Ticketing, Cancel (including VOID), and Schedule Change.
Please inquire for specific amounts. It promises to be a very competitive Fee.

What are the operational hours?

NexTA for Biz is available 24/7, and you can make or cancel reservations at any time on the NexTA for Biz platform.
If you need assistance outside of the NexTA for Biz platform, we are available on weekends and holidays also.

Will credit terms be granted?

Yes, a credit term will be granted. However, the credit term requires an examination and the execution of a contract.
If you do not require a credit term, you can use the service without signing a contract (credit card payment).

Can I use NexTA for Biz with multiple people?

Yes, you can make multiple sub-accounts.
Security is assured because permissions can be set for each sub-account, and all transactions made by sub-accounts will be notified to the administrator.

Tell me more about the HOLD function.

The NexTA for Biz reservation process consists of three steps: (a) Book, (b) HOLD, and (c) Payment (Ticketing).
Even after Booking, you can cancel it until Ticketing without Airline's penalty or Giamso's handling fee.
*The period of time that you can HOLD depends on the ticket you have booked.

What is NDC?

NDC is a new standard for ticket distribution data established by IATA (International Air Transport Association), an airline industry organization.
NexTA was one of the first to support NDC. 

NDC is a new technology, and implementing it involves a certain cost. So, most major travel agencies and TMCs haven't adopted NDC.
On the other hand, Airlines are also actively promoting the switch to NDC, and Airlines often sell lower-priced tickets only to NDC customers.
