Are there any fees for using the service?

No Opening or Subscription Fees: There is no fee to open an account or for a recurring subscription.

What are your operational hours?

• NexTA Platform: Available 24/7 for all reservations, bookings, and cancellations.

• Customer Assistance: Our consultant team is available seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, for assistance outside the platform.

Will credit terms be granted?

Yes, credit terms can be granted following a standard examination and the execution of a contract.

If you do not require a credit term, you can use the service immediately with credit card payment without needing to sign a contract.

Can multiple people use NexTA for Biz?

Yes, absolutely. You can create multiple sub-accounts.

For security and control, you can:

• Set specific permissions for each sub-account.

• The administrator will be notified of all transactions made by sub-accounts.

Tell me more about the HOLD function.

Our reservation process is a simple three-step sequence: (a) Book, (b) HOLD, and (c) Payment (Ticketing).

The HOLD function is key because it allows you to cancel a reservation at any time before Ticketing without incurring any Airline penalty or Giamso handling fee.
*The period of time that you can HOLD depends on the ticket you have booked.

What is NDC?

NDC (New Distribution Capability) is a modern standard for ticket distribution set by IATA (International Air Transport Association).

• Benefit: Airlines are actively promoting NDC by offering lower-priced tickets exclusively through this channel. If you frequently fly airlines like Singapore Airlines (which are actively promoting NDC), switching to NexTA gives you a competitive advantage.

• NexTA Advantage: NexTA was one of the first platforms to adopt NDC. Since implementation involves cost, most major traditional travel agencies and TMCs have not yet adopted it.
